  • Custom Horse Trailer Mobile Bar (not to include bartender) - Rental $300
  • Onsite Day of Coordinator - $1,500 including 2 in person appts prior to event or wedding
  • Wedding Planning and Event Designer Services – $3,500 – Plan and Design your perfect day by taking your vision, style, preferences and bring them to life (design only - not to include rentals, decorations, supplies)

Reserve your date

A 50% deposit is required to reserve your date.

90 Days prior to wedding – Balance of base rental fee + taxes in addition a damage deposit of $500 to be refunded within 7 days of inspection of premises

Catering & Alcohol

Outside catering, food trucks and alcohol and are allowed
Caterers are required to have a Business License and Liability Insurance
Bartenders are required to have a Business License, a Mast 12 Permit, and Liability Insurance

Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays $5,900 plus tax (wedding)

9 am – 11pm

Weekdays Mon -Thur $5,700 plus tax (wedding)

9am - 10pm

  • Complimentary 1 hour rehearsal included prior to the wedding

Weekend Rental $7,000 plus tax

Fri 12 pm – 6 pm

Sat 9 am – 11pm

Sun 9 am – 12 pm

  • Complimentary 1 hour rehearsal included prior to the wedding
